1. Kadesh Yard Care and Vegetation management is committed to delivering high quality service to our customers. We strive

to operate in a way that is professional and respectful. We expect a similar respect from our customers and wil not tolerate

any type of abuse

2. Before mowing or performing other services, it is the responsibility of the client to inform the Kadesh employee of any relevant or notable concerns, such as but not limited to the following: Irrigation heads, fencing or wire through a hedge, security system, etc.

3. Yard care is weather dependent. Should there be weather that prohibits the scheduled yard care or vegetation management, it will be postponed until the weather permits. The customer will not be charged for missed services due to rain.

4. Upon agreement of services, the customer is committing to payment of the agreed amount upon completion of the project.

5. Any project over $500 requires a deposit of 50% or otherwise communicated amount

6. The customer agrees that their lawn will be free of garbage and animal droppings. Any pile of pet excrement on the lawn will be an additional charge of $5. Any more than 5 piles, or an excess of garbage and the lawn will not be cut. A penalty fee will incur, which will be calculated based on the cost of your mowing fee.

7. From June to August bi-weekly mowing will cost an additional 50%. For example, If your yard is $60/mow, a bi weekly cut will be $90. There will be exceptions for this in the case of extreme weather, such as rain or drought.

8. Upon agreement of services, the client is responsible to ensure that there are not hazards in their yard that may cause harm to equipment or staff. Should any damage to equipment or bodily harm to an employee occur while on site, Kadesh assumes no liability or responsibility. There may be a damage fee issued to the client. This would be in the case of negligence or preventable hazards such as, but not limited to the following: Sharp objects hidden in overgrown grass, unruly or aggressive pets, hazardous or unfinished construction, etc.

9. Should any damage to the client’s personal property occur while on site as a result of negligence in work, Kadesh will assume full responsibility and work quickly to meet the proper resolution.
